Automated pallet box washing

Designed by SYSTEM, the automated pallet box washing line guarantees savings in space and time. It reduces handling by lifting, cleaning and stacking the pallet boxes by 3 or 6 and unstacking them one by one or by 3. The stainless steel line is capable of stocking all the pallet boxes for better use of space.

This line is capable of stocking ‘combo’ or ‘Paloxe’ pallet boxes of the following dimensions: 1000 x 1200mm or 1000 x 800mm, height 750 to 1000mm
Moreover, the automated pallet box washing line offers two speeds, according to the chosen equipment:

• Tunnel washer = 80 boxes/h
• Cabinet washer = 15 boxes/h

This particular full line has been designed for the agri-food sector and in particular for:

• Meat processing and preserving
• Food production for animals
• Food-waste treatment centres
