Piecing table
SYSTEM manufactures piecing tables, which are a smaller version of the piecing block table. The piecing table has a work surface for cutting meat and an area for the trays which transport the merchandise. The structure of the table is made of stainless steel tube, and the top surface is made of a white polyethylene board (minimum thickness of 20mm). This table complies with current health and safety standards.
