Block piecing table

SYSTEM manufactures Block Piecing Tables. This table gets its name from the method of cutting in the meat industry. The block piecing table is required for slicing the muscles of the piece of meat to be cut. The structure of the table is made of stainless steel tube, and the top is made of white polyethylene board on one side (with a minimum thickness of 20mm) and a white polyethylene chopping block on the other (with a thickness of 100mm). This table complies with current health and safety standards.
